We all experience stress and it is very common not just in the country, but all over the world. Stress may lead to bigger problems so let us take action whenever we are feeling this. We should always have a friend by our side so that we may able to share our point of view and let them know that we need help. We can also change our mindset, I can still remember the words that my friends taught me and that is "It is not what happens to you, but how you see it"
