Each month on Zoom for the past year I have taught multiple forms. Some are traditional forms from various schools and teachers, and some are more modern forms from Master Li Junfeng and the Sheng Zhen Meditation, the Practice of Unconditional Love. Here I link to videos of many creators on the web that help both my memory and inspiration, as well as talk about all the differences and idiosyncrasies in each one. Since most of these forms have a such a long and rich history, they evolve in many different ways over the years. Often, and unfortunately, people will say that their way is the only correct way. In my years of study I have come to the conclusion that the way that feels the best for you, is the movement that is the most correct. Please look at the variety of expression throughout these videos, and take a moment to try each one. I think trying them out throughout the years is also good. Just like our tastebuds can change, so too can our movement preferences.

Mohammad Standing Qigong - Releasing the Heart Qigong (Sheng Zhen)
Sheng Zhen Qigong is made up of a number of modern forms of qigong put together my Master Li Junfeng. This month we are working our way through Mohammad Standing, or Releasing the Heart Qiong. Here is the description and instruction from Master Li:
Practicing Releasing the Heart has the power to bring about peace by removing distinctions between people and reducing conflicts and quarrels. It is a uniquely carefree and vigorous form. This practice has the power to alleviate the Heart's depressions. Practice this form in whatever manner is the most natural and comfortable for you and relish in your happy and peaceful Heart.
