Quick video, but its very similar to the one about irritability. In this though, we focus more on Punching With Angry Gaze. This is another movement from The 8 Brocades, or Ba Duan Jin. In our society we often try to outrun our feelings, rather than just actually feel them. This video focuses on trying to release your anger by feeling it for a few moments while you punch. Just be sure to let your eyes relax in between each punch, you don't want to increase your anger by holding on to it. Stay Healthy Friends!
