It's a free resource for our patients or anyone else that is interested in learning about their own health and how to keep ourselves resilient throughout all that this life throws at us. In most holistic approaches to health, we break things down into three areas of focus: Mind, Body, and Soul. Follow the links to focus on each area, choosing that one that speaks to you the most right now. Each section will contain information, as well as links to cites, sources, and videos from around that world that have inspired us, and that we hope will inspire you.

- Mind: Here you will find resources for quieting the mind, increasing your mental resilience when facing depression, and learning how to make your mind an ally instead of a hinderance. Remember, you may not agree with everything you read and hear on this page. That's because everyone is different and we all need different approaches. Take what you can, leave the rest. But check in with yourself and be honest. Is an idea wrong for you, or uncomfortable and forcing you to look at some things you would rather not. But always be kind to yourself through this process.
- Body: Here you will find resources for fitness, rehabilitation, nutrition, and all the things that make your body go! The most important thing you can do for your longevity is to keep moving, so a lot of the focus here is on physical exercise, but that is hardly everything. As with the resources in the other sections, remember that every body, all bodies, are different. They need different things, and at different times. Trial and error is the best way to figure these things out. If you try something and it doesn't work, that's great! Now you know! Failure is helpful, don't fear it.
- Soul: Here you will find resources that focus on spirituality. Again, we are all so different, and nowhere can this be seen more in humanity than in our hundreds of approaches to the spiritual life. Of course, this page will have more leanings to East Asian concepts as acupuncture and the holistic approach we practice are based in these philosophies. Remember, you can always learn from things outside your worldview and comfort zone.
